- Download Rufus 3.16
- Click on the
down arrow ⬇️ on the right of SELECT
- Select
DOWNLOAD from dropdown
- Now click on
DOWNLOAD
- Select
Windows 11 from the Version dropdown
- Select `21H2" from the Release dropdown
- Select `Windows 11 Pro/Home" from the Edition dropdown
- Select `International English" from the Language dropdown
- Select `x64" from the Architecture dropdown
- Now Click on Download
- Save the ISO to a folder
- Insert an empty USB flashdrive into your computer
- Under Image option choose "Extended Windows 11 Installation (no TPM/no Secure Boot/8GB- RAM)
- Click on start
- Reboot and go into UEFI/BIOS to turn off TPM and Secure Boot
- Windows Install should work as normal
