Fixing audio/video Stuttering/Pauses on AM4 Platforms

• Update AMD Chipset Drivers
• Update BIOS/UEFI or Disable fTPM in bios to fix fTPM Stuttering
• Plug your USB DAC into your CPU USB 5gbps/usb 3.0/3.1 gen 1 ports (will be written in the mother manual)
• Never connect USB DAC/Headphones to a USB Hub!
• Uninstall Gigabyte App Center (if you have a gigabyte motherboard)
• Disable HAGS
