LFTP 4.7.5 for Windows

Looks like the compile issues has been ironed out, finally compiling again under cygwin

Download:

• choco install lftp -version 4.7.5
• lftp-4.7.5.win64-openssl.zip
• lftp-4.7.5.win32-openssl.zip

lftp.exe: PE32+ executable (console) x86-64 (stripped to external PDB), for MS Windows
